Phoenix Homecare and Support was originally known as Phoenix Care Wrexham when it was started in 2013. Phoenix was originally started so Kelly Williams and Laura Turley could continue to look after the service users they had built a bond with, unfortunately the company Kelly and Laura  worked at closed down due to financial reasons, leaving the service users with no care. Kelly and Laura started Phoenix Homecare to be able to continue to provide care for these individuals with only themselves, providing care as the only employees and carers for the first 6 months,  specifically to cater for the residents of rural Wrexham.  Based in Penley, they covered from Chirk to Whitchurch. Due to increasing demand, Phoenix extended the  services across the border into Shropshire in 2015 opening an office in Whittington, near Oswestry. In 2018 moved to Wrexham to be closer to the staff, so they could come into the office and the management could offer more hands on support for the care staff and the service users.  In 2019 have opened another branch in Powys.
